We The Citizens Singapore Challenge 2026 is a virtual challenge to honour 60 years of Singapore’s pledge. Participants aim to complete a target of 60km within the official period, with the option to exceed the distance.
You can complete your distance anywhere! Whether it is your favourite park connector, your neighbourhood, or even on a treadmill, you can participate at your own pace anytime between 1 June and 31 August 2026.
All registrations guarantee your premium physical entitlements, such as the Pledge 60 Official Finisher Tee (along with any limited-time add-ons you secured), delivered straight to your door! Upon conquering your distance, you will also unlock exclusive digital rewards, including a Personalised e-Certificate, Exclusive Digital Badges, and access to Interactive Milestone Tracking and Leaderboard Ranking.
No, you don't need to be a Singapore Citizen! We warmly welcome all friends of Singapore, residents, and international participants to join us in celebrating this meaningful milestone together.
Signing up is easy! Just follow these quick steps:
- Click the "Register Now" button on the event page to view the available race categories.
- Select your preferred category. You will be prompted to enter your email address to begin. (Note: Each participant must register individually with a unique email address, as we do not currently offer a group checkout).
- Follow the on-screen steps to enter your details, choose your Finisher Tee size, and complete your registration!
The challenge runs from 1 June to 31 August 2026. You may submit your activities anytime within this window.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after registering. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Once the official period starts, you will receive an email notification, or you can simply revisit the event page and log in to your account to submit your results. We highly recommend bookmarking or saving the event site on your browser for quick and easy access!
Track your activities using Strava or any GPS-enabled app/device. Complete your distance in one session or multiple activities — every kilometre counts.
Submit your activities via the participant dashboard for verification. GPS-tracked activities are recommended for faster approval and automatic syncing if Strava is connected.

You can easily connect your Strava account (a free account works perfectly!) by logging into your participant dashboard. Look for the 'Submit via Strava' option within your account settings or submission area, click the button, and follow the on-screen prompts to authorize the connection.
If your activities aren't appearing immediately, please note that our automatic sync is usually processed daily. Also, keep in mind that only eligible activities recorded within the official event period will be synced. If a day has passed and a valid activity is still not showing up, ensure your activity visibility on Strava is set to "Everyone" (Public). If your settings are correct, try unlinking and relinking Strava via Account -> Connected App -> Strava. If it still fails, you can always manually submit using a screenshot of your record!
Yes. However, please note that for indoor equipment, only a treadmill is allowed.
No, as this is a virtual challenge, there is no cut-off time as long as you complete your distance within the official event period.
Absolutely! Participants may only walk, jog or run to complete the selected distance.
Your physical race entitlements will be dispatched in batches starting from the dispatch date indicated on the event page. Keep an eye on your email for tracking updates once the dispatch begins!
Yes! Physical entitlements (like the finisher tee and any purchased add-ons) are guaranteed with your registration and will be shipped to you regardless of your completion status. However, digital rewards such as the e-Certificate and milestone badges are exclusively unlocked upon successfully completing your required distance.
Activities submitted after the official submission deadline may not be accepted, and digital finisher entitlements (like your e-Certificate) may not be issued.
No, each participant can only sign up for one category.
All registrations are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure that you are able to commit to the challenge and have double-checked your details before completing your registration.
All race entitlements, including merchandise, are strictly non-exchangeable unless defective. In the event of a defect, we will provide a free exchange upon return of the defective item.
You can return to the merchandise page using the same email address you used to register. From there, you’ll be able to purchase any add-ons you may have missed during your initial registration.
